Emergency and Terrorism Preparedness for Environmental Health Practitioners - Food Security

Presentation of a pilot study conducted on interstate food transporters. In effort to improve both food defense and food safety and to protect consumers, inspections were randomly conducted on several food transporters traveling through nine different state corridors to assess food safety compliance.
