Research is retrieved from FSRIO's Food Safety Research Projects Database which showcases more than 7,000 research projects funded by both U.S. and international government agencies and non-government organizations. Such examples include the United States Department of Agriculture, National Institute of Health, European Union, Food Standards Agency, Microbial Safety of Food Funders Group, and the Center for Produce Safety.
