The Farm-to-table Continuum resources are a tool for food safety policy makers. Research projects are showcased within five different stages along the continuum by pathogen and food commodity. These projects are retrieved from FSRIO's Food Safety Research Projects Database.

Real-time search results of Salmonella spp. research within each stage of the farm-to-table continuum and by associated food commodity. Results include past and present research projects from both U.S. and International Agencies. For the U.S., the USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) and the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) make up a larger percentage of results. Internationally, most projects are from Canada and the United Kingdom.
